Traditional art will always have my heart (I promise this isn’t going to be a poem) for its encouragement to make mistakes and have fun. The concept of my ‘ugly sketchbooks’ is to produce art that brings me joy and nothing less. From a kid who could never draw in front of a single person to sharing what is essentially the inside of my brain online for anyone to see, has been really rewarding.
